It seems that we can only ride a donkey to find a horse now.

It's the end of the year, and the results of one year are good. Those departments that are of little use to the company's development should be laid off, and people need to be recruited in the future. Anyway, there are many people now, and recruiting one person is almost finished.
Just like the people we recruit every day here, we clearly know that every time we recruit more people, it means that the day of being laid off is closer, but there is nothing we can do.
