What's the difference between Henan Normal University and Henan Normal University?

I come from Heshi Normal University, Henan Normal University.

Is there a school called Henan Normal University?

I haven't even heard of it.

Universities are universities, not colleges, with different grades.

At the last job fair in our college, there was a recruitment notice that clearly stated that people from college should not be suffixed, but only people from universities should be accepted.

There is no such school as Henan Normal University.
