I. A talent identification standard

II. Criteria for identifying B-type talents

Generally, those who are under 55 years of age and meet one of the following conditions can be identified as B-type talents in Wuxi, among which:

III. Criteria for identifying Class C talents

Generally, those who are under 5 years of age and meet one of the following conditions can be identified as Class C talents in Wuxi:

1. Class C1: Wuxi "Taihu Talent Plan" and other municipal entrepreneurial leading talents and leading team leaders.

2. C2: innovative leading talents, senior enterprise management talents, high-end accounting talents and advanced manufacturing skills leading talents in Wuxi Taihu Talent Plan.

iv. The criteria for identifying D-type talents

Generally, those who meet one of the following conditions can be identified as D-type talents in Wuxi:

category 2 and D2: those who have worked in tin for 5 years after obtaining a doctorate, senior professional title and senior technician, those who have worked in tin for 8 years after obtaining a master's degree, intermediate professional title and technician, and those who have worked in tin for 1 years after obtaining a bachelor's degree shall be subject to payment of social security or individual tax.
