Due to the needs of business development, Party A entrusts Party B to find the talents needed by the enterprise (see the job description for details). According to the relevant provisions of the Contract Law, the following terms are reached through friendly negotiation between both parties:

The first statement

The purpose of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of both parties during the cooperation period.

Article 2 Work Procedures of Party A

1. Party A shall provide Party B with relevant enterprise information in written form.

It mainly includes: enterprise profile, historical background, main products, business development trends and other information.

2. Party A shall provide Party B with * * detailed job descriptions in written form (the description is an annex to this contract).

Mainly includes: number of people, professional titles, job responsibilities, job requirements, job objectives, education, salary structure and other related contents.

3. During the cooperation period, once Party A decides to employ the candidate recommended by Party B, it shall provide Party B with an employment confirmation. Otherwise, Party B has the right to make other suggestions to the candidate.

Article 3 Work Procedures of Party B:

-Party B will discuss the position to be recruited with the enterprise according to the recruitment materials provided by Party A, which is not limited to the general job description, but also includes the skills, experience, personality requirements of the applicant, the relationship and authority of the position in the company's overall business dealings, and thus write the position report on behalf of the company; Party B looks for talents according to Party A's job description and salary structure (the description is attached to the contract). During the agreement period, Party A shall not temporarily change the conditions of job description or terminate hunting. If the hunting needs to be changed or terminated, Party A shall pay Party B 30% of the total cost of the job description as service compensation.

Article 4 Guarantee Clause

1. The candidate recommended by Party B leaves Party A's company within three months due to his own reasons or incompetence.

To start a company of Party A, Party A shall make a request to Party B within fifteen days, and then Party B will find and recommend another suitable candidate for Party A free of charge. If the annual salary of the successful candidate recommended in the later period is higher than that of the previous candidate, Party A needs to pay the service fee difference to Party B; If the annual salary of the successful candidate recommended later is lower than that of the previous candidate, Party B shall refund the service fee difference to Party A. ..

2. Party A shall properly keep the talent information provided by Party B, and shall not steal the talent information, disclose the talent information to a third party in the name of recruiting or reserving talents, or give up the talent provided by Party B to provide services for it privately. In this case, Party A shall unconditionally and immediately pay Party B double the expenses stipulated in this contract as economic and reputation compensation. Party A shall give a written feedback of the interview opinions and audit results to Party B within one week after the candidate interviews.

Article 5 fee clause

1. On the recommendation of Party B, if Party A is hired after the interview, Party B will recommend the successful person as the service fee according to the first-year annual salary (including basic salary, allowance, bonus and commission) specified in the job description of the hired person, and charge the fee for one person.

2. Advance payment: When signing the contract, Party A shall pay (RMB) to Party B as the service fee for the early recruitment, which can be deducted from the last service fee of the contract.

3. Payment of the balance: the balance shall be paid within 10 days after the talents take up their posts.

4. Special circumstances: During the probation period (up to three months), if three or more people are suggested to resign, the enterprise has the right to terminate the contract, and Party B will refund 60% of the total expenses to Party A. The expenses incurred by the foreign talents confirmed by Party A in the interview shall be borne by Party A..

5. Party B promises not to hunt for the successfully recommended candidates within three years, otherwise it will pay all the service fees paid for this position in full.

6. If Party A fails to fulfill the entrusted recruitment conditions, resulting in the failure of the talents recommended by Party B to take up their posts or the resignation of those who have already taken up their posts, Party B shall be deemed to have completed the agreement.

Article 6 Other clauses

1. In principle, the payment method is mainly bank remittance: when making cash payment, Party B can only make payment after presenting valid identification documents.

2. Party A must keep the signed contract strictly confidential, and shall not review any information of the applicant without the written consent of Party B, and Party B shall not disclose Party A's documents or information.

3. Both parties to the contract fully understand the contents of this contract and have no objection. Both parties will abide by all the terms of this contract. Matters not covered shall be settled by both parties through consultation. The agreed time shall be calculated from the time when Party A pays Party B. ..

Article 7 the law stipulates that
