During the period of compulsory military service (2 years), the recruiting unit will reserve positions for employees. This recruitment is subject to probation and service period system. The probation period is generally 3 months, and those who pass the examination after the probation period are formally hired and go through the allocation procedures; If the probation period fails to pass the examination, the employment qualification will be cancelled. The service period is 3 years (including probation period, excluding active service period). If the service period is not full, they shall not be transferred from the original recruitment unit, and shall not apply for open recruitment and selection in institutions at all levels.
