Belongs to the Municipal People's Procuratorate. The People's Procuratorate is divided into: (1) the Supreme People's Procuratorate; (2) Local people's procuratorates at various levels; (3) Military procuratorates and other special people's procuratorates. Municipal people's procuratorates with districts, including people's procuratorates of provinces and autonomous regions, people's procuratorates of autonomous prefectures and branches of people's procuratorates of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government;

Article 12 The People's Procuratorate is divided into: (1) the Supreme People's Procuratorate; (2) Local people's procuratorates at various levels; (3) Military procuratorates and other special people's procuratorates.

Article 13 Local people's procuratorates at various levels are divided into: (1) provincial people's procuratorates, including people's procuratorates of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government; (2) Municipal People's Procuratorates with districts, including people's procuratorates of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, people's procuratorates of autonomous prefectures and branches of people's procuratorates of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government; (3) Basic people's procuratorates, including people's procuratorates of counties, autonomous counties, cities not divided into districts and municipal districts.
