In order to better select outstanding qualified talents, enrich the talent team and optimize the structure of teachers, Nanjing Normal University is now openly recruiting physical education teachers for the society.

According to the "Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province" and other regulations, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Application conditions

(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and abiding by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Fresh graduates should graduate before August 3, 20231and obtain corresponding academic degree certificates.

Graduation of foreign teaching and research institutions at the same time refers to overseas students who study in foreign teaching and research institutions and graduate with domestic fresh graduates. The time requirement for graduation at the same time is the same as that of domestic fresh graduates.

(six) students from Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications of ordinary colleges and universities in mainland China and other residents of Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications recognized by mainland China shall apply according to the relevant provisions of the state and our province.

(2) Registration time

(3) Online confirmation

1. After submitting the registration information online for 24 hours, applicants can go to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination of the recruitment department (unit).

2. There is no registration fee and examination fee for this open recruitment, and the registration is successful after passing the preliminary examination.

3. Those who fail to confirm the registration qualification on time and upload photos online are deemed invalid.

(4) Matters needing attention in registration

1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35×45 mm) photos bareheaded, with the format of jpg and the size not exceeding 20Kb.

2. Applicants can only select one position from the position table to register.

After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed.

Candidates who have not passed the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions during the registration period.

Applicants should use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the ID cards used for registration and assessment must be consistent.

3. Applicants should fill in their research direction, main papers and works (indicate the name, year, issue and page number of the journal, and indicate whether they are the first author or independent author or correspondent (the tutor is the first author), research topics (indicate the information such as hosting or participation, ranking and research funding) and research awards (indicate the information such as ranking and award-winning level).

4. The recruitment department (unit) conducts the audit according to the information provided by the candidates. If the candidates practise fraud, once verified, they will be disqualified.

5. This recruitment position is a short-term recruitment position, and the proportion of applicants is 1:3. If the proportion of applicants cannot be reached, the recruitment position will be cancelled and published on the website of Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security.

The school will inform the candidates of the time and place to take the examination by SMS or telephone.

Candidates must take the exam at the specified time and place, otherwise they will be rejected.

6. In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:

(1) Servicemen, non-fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities.

(2) Applicants who have husband-wife relationship, lineal consanguinity, collateral consanguinity within three generations, close in-laws relationship and other kinship relationships that must be avoided shall not apply for management positions with direct superior-subordinate leadership relationship, and positions that are required to be avoided in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions.

If the person in charge of the employing unit and the open recruitment staff have the above-mentioned kinship with the candidates, or there are other circumstances that may affect the fairness of open recruitment, they should withdraw.

Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures

(1) Before the qualification re-examination, our school will re-examine the qualifications of the candidates, and the candidates must submit the originals and copies of the following materials: 1. The highest education, degree certificate, identity card and professional and technical post qualification certificate; 2. Domestic fresh graduates shall provide the recommendation form for graduates' two-way employment choice printed by the provincial education administrative department issued by their institutions, and the returned overseas students shall provide the certificate of returned overseas students and the certificate of academic degree certification issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

(II) Assessment method: The assessment method for this recruitment is interview.

According to the method formulated by Nanjing Normal University, it mainly tests the professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality needed to perform job responsibilities.

The qualified line of interview results is 70 points (full score 100), and the candidates will be informed of the interview results on the spot.

The total score is the interview result.

Fourth, physical examination and employment

(a) after the examination, according to the proportion of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1, the medical examiners are determined from high score to low score.

The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), and shall also meet the requirements for physical examination of teachers' qualifications in Jiangsu Province.

If there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified medical examination and other reasons, it will not be replenished.

(2) The school inspects the candidates who pass the medical examination.

According to the post requirements and post conditions, the focus is on their ideological and political performance, moral quality, relevant business ability and work performance.

(3) According to the results of assessment, physical examination and investigation, the school collectively studies and determines the list of candidates.

The list of persons to be employed shall be published on the website of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for 7 working days after being audited by the Provincial Department of Education.

The publicity contents include post number, recruitment unit, job title, name of the person to be hired, education background, major, graduation institution, current work unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking and supervision and reporting telephone number, etc.

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the school shall report to the Provincial Department of Education for the record.

When there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified inspection and other reasons, it will not be replenished.

(4) For those who have no objection to the publicity, Nanjing Normal University will handle the relevant employment procedures and sign an employment contract with them for a period of 3 years after being filed by the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

After the employment is approved, it will not be replenished.

If the fresh graduates fail to obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate on time, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

The probation period for the first employee is 12 months, and the probation period for other employees is 3 months. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be hired and graded.

Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment relationship will be terminated.

For those who have no objection to publicity, after being put on record by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the employing unit shall handle relevant employment procedures and sign employment contracts with them. Unless the employment contract is terminated according to law, the minimum service period is 3 years (including probation period).

After the employment is approved, it will not be replenished.

After the employment examination and approval, if an employee fails to sign an employment contract with our school within the time limit specified by our school, or the incumbent fails to provide the certificate of dissolution of the relationship with the original unit, or the fresh graduates fail to obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate on time, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

New recruits are assessed according to the probation period agreed in the employment contract, and those who pass the probation period are hired and graded; Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment contract will be terminated.
