The registration time for firefighters in 2024 is as follows:

National firefighter registration time: the online registration time is from 23: 00 on July 20, 2024 to August 18 10.

I. Recruitment Plan and Organization:

With the approval of the Ministry of Emergency Management, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, in 2023, the National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team recruited 15000 firefighters (35 women), including 5000 college graduates (22 women), 5000 retired soldiers and 5000 social youths (13 women).

The conscription office of the national comprehensive fire rescue team organizes and implements the conscription work in a unified way, and the provincial conscription offices are responsible for the specific conscription work.

Second, the recruitment conditions and scope:

Have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality; Abide by the Constitution and laws, and support China's leadership and socialist system; Volunteer to join the national comprehensive fire rescue team; Have a high school education or above; Physical and mental health; Good conduct; Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

The age is above 18 and below 22. People with college education or above, retired soldiers of the People's Liberation Army and Armed Police Force, full-time government firefighters with more than 2 years of actual combat experience in fire fighting and rescue, and full-time government forestry firefighters can be relaxed to 24 years old.

The age of special professionals urgently needed for fire rescue work can be further relaxed with the approval of the emergency management department, and in principle, they should not exceed 28 years old.

Physical examination and evaluation test:

First, physical examination:

In the designated general hospitals above the municipal level, the medical examination standards for candidates (ground personnel) shall be implemented, and those who fail shall not be employed.

Recruiters who have doubts about the results of physical examination and apply for a second interview may have a second interview with the consent of the Provincial Firefighter Recruitment Office, and the results of physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the second interview.

Items that can affect the examination results by taking drugs or other treatment methods will not be re-examined. Based on the special requirements of the fire rescue profession, those who are assessed as disabled and have serious injury treatment records are not suitable for fire rescue work and will not be employed.

Second, the evaluation test:

2. Physical fitness test and post adaptability test. In line with the "National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team 2023 Firefighters Recruitment Physical Fitness Test and Post Adaptability Test Items and Standards".

The physical fitness test shall be graded quantitatively, and the single effective score is between 1 and 15 (those who have not achieved effective results will not be hired), with a total score of 40 points. If the individual results of the post adaptability test do not reach the "general" standard, they will not be hired.

3. Psychological test. The psychological test is conducted by the fireman recruitment psychological investigation system, and the system automatically judges "qualified" or "unqualified".
