1. Work attitude:

3. Appearance:

5. Etiquette and politeness:

7. Security guard handover management standards and operating procedures

1. Responsibilities

① The security shift leader is responsible for commenting and inspecting the handover work.

2. Work procedures

① Ten minutes in advance for the handover, the handover team members should arrive at the designated place to prepare for the handover, and pay attention to their own image. They are not allowed to chase each other, maintain a good posture, and are not allowed to Squat.

②The successor squad leader should organize the whole class to form a team, take roll call and count, keep records, and unify the whole team to walk to each post in an orderly manner, with loud slogans and high energy.

If they are found to be out of line immediately, their qualifications will be revoked, and the team leader will be reported to the supervisor to find out the reasons and take action. ④ Hand over the shift on time, do not be late, and do not leave early. The handover team member is not allowed to lay off before the replacement team member arrives. Both parties taking over the shift must sign for future inspection.

3. Shift handover is not allowed under the following circumstances

② If the on-duty personnel do not arrive to take over, the laid-off personnel are not allowed to be laid off.

④ During the handover process, if an incident occurs, the handover should be stopped immediately, and the handover personnel should be responsible for handling it, and the successor personnel should assist.

⑤When handing over a shift, both parties should salute each other.

8. Housekeeping hygiene standards

1. The dormitory floor is clean and free of phlegm, peels, paper scraps and other garbage. The walls are clean and free of cluttered posters, spider webs, etc. The glass in the dormitory is clean and stain-free.

2. No other items should be placed on the bed except quilts. The quilts should be uniform in style and folded into a square shape.
