Disadvantage (W): As a teacher, I should have strong professional knowledge, which I lack now, because I have read too few books on literature, and I have not mastered the analytical framework in the analysis of articles, and I am vague about the overall concept of literature. Teachers need a wide range of knowledge, even if they are comparative literature, they should master many aspects of knowledge, such as literature, history, philosophy, mathematics, physics and chemistry, heaven and earth, beauty of body sound and so on.

Many universities require higher academic qualifications when recruiting teachers, so it is a long process to cross the threshold of university teaching. Now, having teacher experience is also one of the requirements for recruiting teachers in colleges and universities.

There is a "hurry" factor in personality, so sometimes it may be difficult to communicate with students.

Opportunity (O): The society always needs teachers, and all kinds of national policies are inclined to teachers.
