Wulagai management area belongs to Xilin Gol League in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Wulagai Management Zone is located in the northeast of Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a width of 90 kilometers from east to west and a length of 93.7 kilometers from north to south, with a total area of 50 13.67 square kilometers.

It is bordered by Mandu Baolige Sumu in Dongwuzhumuqin Banner in the north, Baogeda Forest Farm in the northeast, Keyouqian Banner in Xing 'an League in the east and Holingol City in the southeast. The development of history
