Allusions of Lafayette Stewed Claw Tip

Another source is that during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, a chef in Renshou County, Guangdong Province specially prepared a delicious dish with chicken claw tips as the main raw material and precious ingredients such as sea cucumber and abalone for the birthday of Emperor Qianlong, named it Lafayette stewed claw tips. This dish is delicious and nutritious. It was deeply loved by Emperor Qianlong and later spread to the people.
