What is a mainframe builder?

The organizer is responsible for the construction of the project according to the drawing, effectively controlling the quality, progress, safety and cost in the production process, and ensuring the smooth completion of the project as scheduled.

Job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for technical guidance and work coordination of various disciplines on site;

2. Make clear the construction technology, formulate the operation sequence of each type of work, and make the construction proceed in an orderly manner;

3. Be responsible for the implementation and production organization of on-site safe and civilized construction, prepare the project schedule and organize its implementation;

4. Prepare the project construction plan, and make technical and safety disclosure to the production team according to the design requirements, operating procedures and inspection and evaluation standards;

5. Solve the problems in drawings and construction in time;

6. Organize on-site construction, and be responsible for the construction of the project site according to the construction organization design and construction progress;

7. Assist in project acceptance.

Qualifications:

1. Have more than 5 years working experience, including more than 2 years working experience in the same position, technical secondary school education or above, majoring in civil engineering or civil engineering;

2.27 years old and under 45 years old;

3. Be familiar with the basic theories and methods of project management and master at least one construction technology in the construction industry;

4 familiar with the technical standards, regulations and norms of the construction industry;

5. A builder's certificate and assistant engineer title are preferred.
