2. 1. 1 domestic sewage pollution source

The pollution sources of domestic sewage in the development zone mainly come from residential areas and large-scale service facilities, which correspond to the land planning and layout of the development zone. The main domestic sewage pollution sources are distributed in residential areas, administrative office areas and comprehensive public facilities areas, and the pollutants are mainly CODCr, BOD, SS, NH3-N, TN and TP.

The total industrial fresh water consumption in Longkou Economic Development Zone in 20 10 is 135500 m3/a, the domestic water consumption is 1 13900 m3/a, the municipal water consumption is 12900 m3/a, and the total fresh water consumption is 262300 m3/a. All the domestic and industrial wastewater generated in the development zone will enter Longkou No.2 Sewage Treatment Plant for treatment, and will be discharged into Bohai Sea after reaching Grade I B standard of Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants (GB 189 18-2002).

2.2 Waste gas pollution sources

The main waste gas pollution sources in Longkou Economic Development Zone are divided into three categories:

Firstly, the characteristic pollutants are sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and smoke. Shandong Xingmin Steel Ring Co., Ltd. in the Development Zone currently has a self-provided heating boiler. When heating in winter, some smoke will be produced. With the implementation of central heating in the development zone, the boiler will be banned, and no boiler exhaust gas will be produced at that time.

The second is process waste gas. A small amount of smoke and dust is produced by welding in the production process of development zone enterprises; Polyester dust is produced in the powder spraying room during baking paint coating; Coarse grinding and fine grinding will produce dust. A small amount of smoke generated in the welding process is discharged through high altitude; The resin dust produced in the process of baking paint coating is recovered by the dust purification and recovery device without discharge; The dust generated in the process of rough grinding, fine grinding and sweeping grinding is discharged after reaching the second-class standard in the Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants (GB 16297- 1996) through clean bag dust removal. The above measures have little impact on the atmosphere.

The third is automobile exhaust. Due to the development and construction of the development zone, the number of vehicles and vehicles in the area has increased, resulting in an increase in exhaust emissions. The main characteristic pollutants are carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbons, which belong to mobile sources.

2.3 Sources of solid waste

The solid waste produced in the development zone mainly includes domestic waste, industrial solid waste and hazardous waste. Domestic garbage is sent to the comprehensive garbage disposal site of Fenghuangshan in Longkou City for sanitary landfill treatment. The solid waste in the development zone is mostly metal waste and slag, which has a high degree of comprehensive utilization and can be fully recycled and not discharged.

Hazardous waste is mainly paint slag and welding slag produced by machinery industry in the region, and the quantity is small, all of which are sent to qualified hazardous waste disposal centers for treatment.

2.4 noise pollution source analysis

After the development zone is completed, there are three main types of noise pollution sources: industrial noise, traffic noise and social noise.

Industrial noise is mainly the noise of production equipment of various enterprises, with a source intensity of about 85~ 100dB, mainly distributed in industrial land. After taking noise control measures such as sound insulation and shock absorption, the noise at the boundary of each enterprise can generally meet the standard. Compared with the current situation, the number of sound sources has not increased much.

Traffic noise is mainly generated by vehicles running on the main roads and secondary roads in the development zone. Generally, the noise source intensity is 70~90dB during the driving of motor vehicles. With the increase of traffic flow in the development zone, traffic noise will also increase and become one of the main sound sources.

Social noise is mainly the noise generated by residents' life and social service industry. The source intensity is about 70~90dB, mainly distributed in residential areas and commercial areas. Compared with the current situation, the number of sound sources has not increased much.

3, environmental impact assessment conclusion points

The development orientation of Longkou Economic Development Zone is automobile parts, agricultural and sideline products processing, textiles and clothing. In the process of development, the development of automobile parts and agricultural and sideline products processing has been strengthened according to the actual situation. Because the textile and garment industry chain is not perfect, the textile industry is short of raw materials and consumes a lot of water, there are no related projects in the development zone. There is a good consistency between the industrial orientation of the development zone and the overall urban planning of Longkou City. Judging from the location advantages and environmental factors, the location of the development zone is basically reasonable. The overall development goal and functional layout of the plan are basically feasible, the land use suitability is good, and the impact of the construction process on the environment is controllable. However, the sewage pipe network and central heating pipe network in the development zone have not yet been built, and there are effects of direct discharge of enterprise wastewater into the sea on seawater environment and small boiler exhaust gas on atmospheric environment. Therefore, the environmental control measures proposed in the report should be seriously implemented in the development zone construction. In a word, it is feasible in environmental protection after planning and construction and implementing the environmental protection measures put forward by EIA.
