Before March 10, all cities and counties (districts) will release open recruitment plans for new teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens; The district and city education bureaus and human resources and social security bureaus summarize the public recruitment plans for new teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the counties (cities, districts) under their jurisdiction, and submit them to the provincial education department and the provincial human resources and social security department for filing.

From July to August, cities, counties (districts) carry out supplementary recruitment interviews, physical examinations, assessments and employment.

In late August, the district and city education bureaus and human resources and social security bureaus compiled the list of newly appointed teachers for primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the counties (cities, districts) under their jurisdiction, and reported them to the provincial education department, provincial human resources and Filing with the Department of Social Security.
