4. Selection steps

(1) Registration

(2) Qualification review

(3) Interview

The interview will be conducted through a combination of questions and skill tests. After the interview, according to the order of interview scores from high score to low score, the candidates who will enter the physical fitness test will be determined in a ratio of 3:1.

(4) Physical fitness test

The physical fitness test includes 100-meter running explosive power test, 3000-meter running endurance test and push-ups. The physical fitness test standards refer to the "Baotou Municipal Government Full-time Fire Brigade Contract Firefighters Recruitment and Administrative Measures (Trial)" government full-time firefighters physical fitness assessment project standards. Those who fail the physical fitness test will be disqualified, and their interview scores will be ranked from high to low. After the physical fitness test, candidates for political review and physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1.

(5) Physical examination and political review

5. Remuneration for employed personnel

The full-time contract firefighters selected will receive a monthly living subsidy of 2,400 yuan, as well as social insurance and personal accident insurance.
