14 May, 14: 28, "Clairvoyance" installed in the police command room of the Second Brigade of Expressway issued an alarm, prompting that a Shaanxi brand heavy van entering the jurisdiction of Zhongshan had "suspected fatigue driving" illegal behavior, so police were organized to investigate and collect evidence of suspicious vehicles. Through system verification, it is confirmed that the car has been driving for 7 hours and 49 minutes without stopping, which is a major suspicion of fatigue driving.

Subsequently, through the vehicle tracking and positioning system, the police determined that the car was parked in Hongchang Logistics Park in Dongsheng Town, so they immediately drove to the vehicle parking spot to investigate the suspected vehicle and the driver Kang, who was unloading.

By looking at the GPS track data of vehicle-mounted recorder and comparison system, it is confirmed that the vehicle departed from Haikou, Hainan in the middle of the night of May 13 and drove continuously for more than ten hours to Dongsheng Town, Zhongshan. Although there are several short stops during the period, each stop does not exceed 20 minutes, of which the continuous driving time is 7 hours and 49 minutes.

Facing the arrival of the police, the driver Kang looked surprised and finally admitted the fact that he had been driving for nearly 8 hours. According to the Road Traffic Regulations, the police fined Kang 200 yuan and recorded 6 points.
