PAC (Provisional Acceptance Certificate) is a pre-acceptance certificate of an international project, which indicates that the project is officially handed over to the owner and put into commercial operation. FAC certificate, that is, the final acceptance certificate, is mainly used for debugging and inspection of electronic products before mass production to ensure that the promised functions can be provided.
