Runxun is one of the earliest mobile companies in Guangdong and China. When the maintenance of some base station equipment was entrusted to professional companies in the society for the first time, Runxun seized the opportunity in time and took the lead in cooperating with "China Mobile", which was successful in early 2000. In the same year, we cooperated with local mobile companies in Shenzhen and Huizhou to carry out base station operation and maintenance. Because of our outstanding performance and outstanding achievements, our company has been recognized by mobile companies all over the world. Since 200 1, our company has continued to undertake base station maintenance and network optimization testing in Shenzhen, Huizhou and Zhongshan. In June 2002, our company won the bid for base station maintenance in Shanwei, and undertook the base station maintenance and network optimization test in Lufeng and Liuhe areas. In 2003, Runxun Company won the bid for the base station operation and maintenance project of Shunde Mobile and Yunfu Mobile. This indicates that the cooperation between Runxun and China Mobile is expanding and deepening. Up to now, "Runxun Company" has carried out the operation and maintenance of base station equipment in Shenzhen, Huizhou, Shanwei, Zhongshan, Shunde, Yunfu, Zhanjiang, Zhuzhou, Yongzhou, Wuzhou and Shanghai Mobile, and has maintained more than 4,000 base stations with a cumulative contract amount of more than 35 million yuan. Base station operations in other cities and regions are also under negotiation. The operation and maintenance contents include: base station main equipment, base station transmission equipment, base station power supply equipment, antenna feeder, outdoor trolley and iron tower, base station environmental sanitation and lighting, business hall power supply equipment, diesel generator and microcellular base station power supply equipment. Our company has established a complete set of internal management system and workflow in the process of communication operation for many years. In 2003, the "wireless base station operation and maintenance support management system BSOMS" developed by our company was successfully applied to base station maintenance. The system mainly includes operation and maintenance planning and operation management, dynamic maintenance of base station information files, performance analysis of base station equipment, statistics of failure causes and failure rates of base station equipment, and analysis of major failures of base station equipment that affect the network system. The system adopts B/S mode, organically combines the system with electronic map by using GIS function, and intuitively analyzes the running state and data of the whole network on the map. Users can complete all the functions and operations through IE browser. Emphasize real-time and effective closed-loop management.

Through our efforts, the safety of the mobile base station and the smooth operation of the network equipment in the maintenance area are ensured, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged. In the process of troubleshooting, because problems can be found in time, rectification schemes can be put forward and designed, the network can be maintained reasonably, and the maintenance work can be upgraded from simple maintenance to advanced maintenance with constructive schemes. In 200 1 year, we signed the Framework Agreement for Indoor Coverage and Repeater System Construction Project of Guangdong Mobile Communications Co., Ltd., making Runxun and CSL partners in Guangdong Mobile's indoor distribution system project. Since 200 1, Runxun Company has successively won the bid for mobile indoor coverage and repeater projects in Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Guangzhou and Foshan. With rich experience in engineering construction and management, Runxun has provided excellent service for the national mobile companies and achieved excellent results, which has been praised at the regular engineering meetings of provincial mobile companies for many times. From June 5438 to 10, 2003, Runxun Communication and Ericsson Technical Service (China) Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of cooperation, and the two sides cooperated extensively in the communication field, especially in the 3G indoor coverage system project. Ericsson is a world-renowned equipment manufacturer and engineering service provider. In the field of indoor coverage system engineering, Ericsson has undertaken the design and implementation of thousands of engineering projects around the world and accumulated rich experience. The cooperation between Runxun Communication and Ericsson has complementary advantages, which deepens the technical level of indoor coverage system engineering of Runxun Communication and provides complete solutions in GSM, CDMA and even 3G systems. In February 2004, with the assistance of Ericsson, our company upgraded the original 2G indoor coverage system of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center to 3G indoor coverage system, which is compatible with existing GSM, CDMA, PHS, WLAN and other systems. In March of the same year, our company cooperated with Ericsson to carry out the indoor coverage project of Beijing Grand Theatre.
