What is the relationship between Wuping Zijin and Hang Zijin?

To put it simply, Wuping Zijin is a holding subsidiary of Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. (which is what the poster mentioned as Shanghang Zijin). Zijin Mining Group holds 77.25 shares (i.e. holding), and Wuping Mining Investment The company holds 22.75 shares. As for how this method of share distribution is carried out or how it is formed, I don't know as well as the original poster. But as far as I know, Zijin Group did not acquire the 77.25 shares from the Wuping County Government or the mining investment company, but from Lin Rongda, another mine owner in Shanghang.
