Each candidate can only apply for one position and can choose whether to submit to the adjustment.

Qualification review. The employer conducts a qualification review of the applicants, and determines the list of candidates for the written examination based on the comprehensive qualities of the candidates among the qualified personnel. The ratio of qualified candidates for the same position to the number of recruits for the position reaches 5:1 before the exam can be started. Physical examination. Comprehensive scores are calculated based on the proportion of written test and interview scores each accounting for 50%. According to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low, physical examination personnel are determined in a ratio of 1:1. The employer will organize a physical examination at the relevant hospital. The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the employer. . If any candidate gives up the qualification or fails the physical examination, the candidates will be filled in order according to their comprehensive scores.
