On October 26th, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Cangzhou Economic Development Zone issued a notice on applying for public rental housing. In order to give full play to the security function of public rental housing, combined with the actual occupancy situation of public rental housing in the development zone, after research by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Cangzhou Economic Development Zone, and referring to the Notice of Cangzhou Housing Security Access Conditions (Cang Jian [216] No.37) and the Notice of Cangzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau on Applying for Public Rental Housing Security, our district began to accept applications for public rental housing from families with housing difficulties, newly employed workers and migrant workers within its jurisdiction. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: 1. Application methods Urban families with housing difficulties, newly employed workers and migrant workers will submit their applications to the housing security department after summarizing the required information. II. Time and place of acceptance From October 27, 222 to November 11, 222, the applicant submitted relevant materials to the window of the Housing and Construction Bureau on the second floor of the Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau of Cangzhou Economic Development Zone, and it will not be accepted after the deadline. Iii. application conditions (1) families with urban housing difficulties 1. The following conditions should be met at the same time: (1) the applicant has a permanent residence in the city for more than 2 years (including 2 years) and has full capacity for civil conduct; (2) The per capita housing construction area of the applicant family in this area is less than 15 square meters and the total housing construction area of the family is less than 5 square meters, and the one-person household is less than 3 square meters. 2. You can't apply under any of the following circumstances: (1) One-person family, where the applicant is under 35 years old or over 7 years old. (2) Married for less than 3 years (unless the applicant is over 35 years old). (3) Divorce is less than 3 years (except for the applicant who has reached the age of 35). (4) The original housing construction area of the applicant family meets the housing security area standard, and the transfer (cancellation) registration is less than 5 years by the date of application. (5) The compensation and resettlement area for demolition has reached the standard of housing security area. (6) The applicant family purchases stores, office buildings, shops or other investment properties in urban areas (Canal District, Xinhua District, Development Zone and High-tech Zone). 3. The following materials shall be provided (in triplicate): (1) A written application for housing security. (2) Appendix 1-4. (3) Identity cards, household registration books and photocopies of the applicant and family members. (4) If the family members are children of the applicant, and they are not together with the applicant's household registration, the birth certificate and a copy of the child shall also be provided. (5) Marriage certificates of the applicant and spouse; If the applicant is divorced, a divorce certificate (divorce agreement) shall be provided; if the divorce is decided or mediated by the court, the judgment and effective certificate or mediation book shall be provided; Widowed, a death certificate shall be provided. (6) If the original house of the family is demolished, a compensation agreement for demolition and resettlement and a housing resettlement card shall be provided. (7) No house certificate in Cangzhou City and No house certificate in Cangxian County (all family members). (8) Other supplementary materials required by the district housing security department. (II) Newly employed employees 1. Conditions that should be met at the same time: (1) Unmarried employees who have reached the age of 18 and have permanent residence in this area, and have full capacity for civil conduct; (2) I have a house in the urban area (Canal District, Xinhua District, Development Zone, High-tech Zone) selflessly; (3) sign a labor (employment) contract with the employer according to law; (4) The development zone unit shall pay the endowment insurance for it continuously until the application date reaches 1 year. 2. You cannot apply under any of the following circumstances: (1) You have worked in the Development Zone for 5 years by the date of application. (2) The applicant's parents have two or more houses in the urban area (Canal District, Xinhua District, Development Zone and High-tech Zone). (3) The applicant or his parents purchase stores, office buildings, shops or other investment properties in urban areas (Canal District, Xinhua District, Development Zone and High-tech Zone). (4) The applicant's original house in the urban area (Canal District, Xinhua District, Development Zone and High-tech Zone) has been transferred (cancelled) for less than 5 years by the date of application. 3. The following materials shall be provided (in triplicate): (1) The applicant's written application for housing security. (2) Appendix 1-7. (3) the applicant's identity card, residence booklet (home page, the applicant's home page) and a copy. (4) the applicant's parents' ID card, household registration book, marriage certificate and a copy. (5) A copy of the business license or the legal person certificate of the institution and the legal person ID card. (6) The standard contract signed with the employing unit and its copy, and the management ledger of the conclusion of the labor contract belong to the plan card or preparation card provided by the staff of the government and institutions. (7) Proof of payment of endowment insurance and base table (stamped version). (8) I have no house certificate in Cangzhou City and no house certificate in Cangxian County (all family members). (9) Other supplementary materials required by the district housing security department. (3) Migrant workers 1. Conditions that should be met at the same time: (1) Foreign household registration personnel who have reached the age of 18 and have full capacity for civil conduct; (2) sign a labor (employment) contract with the employer according to law; (3) The development zone unit shall pay the endowment insurance for it continuously until the application date reaches one year; (4) Selfless housing in urban areas (including Canal District, Xinhua District, Development Zone and High-tech Zone). 2. You cannot apply under any of the following circumstances: (1) I or my spouse is agricultural registered permanent residence from Xinhua District, Canal District, Development Zone and High-tech Zone. (2) If the spouse is a registered permanent residence in the development zone town, the applicant shall be the spouse, and the application shall be made by the family with housing difficulties in the city. (3) To reach the statutory retirement age by the date of application. (4) The applicant and family members purchase stores, office buildings, shops or other investment properties in urban areas (including Canal District, Xinhua District, Development Zone and High-tech Zone). (5) The applicant's original housing in the urban area (including Canal District, Xinhua District, Development Zone and High-tech Zone) has been transferred (cancelled) for less than 5 years by the date of application. 3. The following materials shall be provided (in triplicate): (1) The applicant's written application for housing security. (2) Appendix 1-6. (3) Identity cards, household registration books, marriage certificates and photocopies of the applicant and spouse. (4) If the applicant is divorced, Annex 7 shall be provided, and a divorce certificate (divorce agreement) shall also be provided. If the divorce is decided or mediated by the court, the judgment and effective certificate or mediation book shall also be provided; Widowed, should also provide a death certificate. Precautions (1) An applicant shall truthfully declare relevant information such as family housing, population and household registration, and shall not intentionally conceal, falsely report or forge relevant information. If you don't fill in the information such as family members that should be declared, it will be handled according to "the applicant intentionally conceals, falsely reports or forges relevant information", and the housing security department will reject its application for public rental housing. (2) The applicant shall be responsible for his personal commitment. The applicant's personal commitment system is adopted in this application for public rental housing, and the applicant should be responsible for the authenticity of the information provided by himself. If the housing security department finds that the applicant intentionally conceals, falsely reports or forges relevant information after examination, it will reject its application for housing security and will not accept it within 5 years from the date of rejecting its application. (3) The applicant shall collect the required materials and put them into the file bag in a unified way, and mark the name, unit and contact information on the cover of the file bag (loose pages are not accepted) so as to keep them for future reference.
