Political and legal police officers generally recruit the following targets. I hope this helps.

(1) for retired soldiers

China People's Liberation Army and Chinese People's Armed Police Force (including active public security forces) are under 25 years old (retired soldiers born after August/July 1986 can be relaxed to 27 years old with college degree or above), and retired soldiers with household registration in this province on the date of announcement.

(Tip: The candidates for recruitment are not fixed every year. Different identities and positions have different age restrictions, which shall be subject to the recruitment announcement. )

(2) For full-time college graduates.

Full-time college graduates under the age of 28.

(4) Full-time college graduates are discharged from active service after the expiration of their service.

For full-time college graduates, conscripts are discharged from active service after the expiration of their service, and only full-time college students are discharged from active service after the expiration of their service.
