I. qualifications

Matters needing attention in registration

1. If the materials submitted by candidates are fraudulent, once verified, the examination and employment qualification will be cancelled.

2. There is no limit to the proportion of written examinations for each recruitment position.

3. After passing the preliminary examination, the registration information cannot be changed. Applicants should use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the ID card used for registration and examination room must be consistent.

4. In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:

Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures

1, evaluation method

The examination of candidates includes written examination and interview.

Written test: The written test mainly tests the professional knowledge suitable for the position. The content of the examination mainly involves professional knowledge and skills, and the syllabus and teaching materials are not specified. According to the ratio of 1: 3 of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position, the participants in the skill test are determined from high score to low score, and all those who are less than 1:3 will enter the interview.

Interview: The interview mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality required to perform the duties of the post. The interview methods and requirements will be informed to the candidates on the spot according to the examination arrangement, and the interview results will be announced on the spot. The passing line of interview results is 60 points, and those below 60 points will not be hired.

Total score: the total score of candidates' assessment is calculated according to the percentage system, and the total score is converted as follows: total score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.

2. Assessment arrangements

The time and place of the examination shall be notified to those who have passed the qualification examination by online announcement, short message or telephone in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University. Candidates shall take the examination at the specified time and place, otherwise they will give up the examination.

Participants in the examination must provide the original registration materials, that is, academic degree certificate, ID card, English grade certificate, relevant work certificate, honorary certificate, etc. Foreign academic degree certificates need to be certified by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education. The personnel department shall review the qualifications of candidates, and those who fail to pass the examination shall not take the examination or the examination results shall be invalid.

All recruitment work is generally completed within 50 working days from the registration deadline to the announcement of the proposed personnel.

Fourth, employment.

After the examination, the total score of candidates will be determined according to the calculation method of total score, and the candidates for physical examination will be determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of National Civil Servants. When the recruitment position is vacant due to unqualified medical examination and other reasons, the personnel will be replenished to participate in the medical examination according to the total score from high to low.

Qualified personnel such as physical examination shall be assessed by the employer, and the list of personnel to be employed shall be determined according to the results of assessment and physical examination. The list of persons to be employed shall be publicized on the website of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University for 7 working days. The publicity contents include post number, recruitment unit, post name, name of the person to be employed, current work or study unit, recruitment examination results, ranking, etc.
