DJI can call the hotline number 4007000303 to contact technical support (working hours are 9:00-12:30 and 14:00-21:00 from Monday to Sunday). In order to save call waiting time during busy times, it is recommended to use WeChat first!

Follow the DJI WeChat official account and click Product Support > Online Service in the menu bar. The intelligent robot Xiaojiang will provide quick assistance 24 hours a day. If your question cannot be answered, you can enter "manual" to access online technical support during working hours: 9:00-21:00 (online from Monday to Sunday, excluding some legal holidays).
