Social worker surveys in two schools show that these students are eager to communicate with their peers in Shanghai. In order to make them better integrate into the city and receive urbanization education. Through practical efforts, social workers have built a platform for young people coming to Shanghai and local young people to communicate with each other and accelerate their integration into Qibao. In response to demand, social workers launched brand operation in Shanghai in March this year.

In the daily work of the school, I found that compared with the local school, the school for children of migrant workers mainly has the following problems: 1, poor classroom conditions and no audio-visual facilities; Some schools have equipment and teaching AIDS for physical education, music and art classes, but they are shelved because there is no space, which makes it difficult for students to carry out extracurricular activities. People who come to Shanghai are highly mobile. As parents look for new jobs, many students' learning paths are delayed, postponed or even terminated. In addition, family supervision is not enough. These reasons lead to students' high mobility, high dropout rate and low learning enthusiasm. 3. Due to the similarity of contact groups, narrow interpersonal relationships and circle of friends are created, which hinders this group from integrating into Shanghai society to some extent. I think we can alleviate the above problems by integrating some social resources. These include the pairing of local schools and schools for migrant workers' children, using the resources of relevant government departments, and the joint efforts of all sectors of society to solve the problems of lack of school resources and poor integration of students.

Through the development of peer anti-drug group, this paper systematically introduces and discusses the root and harm of drug phenomenon and its prevention to students, so as to form a refusal to drugs from all aspects and enhance self-protection awareness. On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, in order to let students know the traditional culture of the motherland, we held a "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival for Class and Family" activity. The development of this series of activities, on the one hand, makes social workers, students and teachers move from strangers to intimacy, laying the foundation for the next stage of work; On the other hand, it enriches their after-school life, broadens their knowledge and improves their own quality.

The second stage is to "communicate with each other and expand communication"

In order to further promote better communication and interaction between the children's primary schools of migrant workers and local school students, this year, with the strong support and help of the town comprehensive management office, the Youth League Committee and the Education Committee, social workers organized Shanghai students to participate in the "Social Practice Activities for Ten Thousand Primary School Students in Yakult Factory". Due to the lack of school resources, there are few large-scale activities at ordinary times, so the students all feel that this is really a very meaningful activity, and they have maintained a strong interest in the whole activity process. Social workers also organized young people from Shanghai to visit Qibao Cultural Center together with local young people, and showed them a short documentary about Qibao Town in the cinema on the eighth floor, so that they could have a certain understanding of the present situation and future planning of their second hometown and enhance their love for it. Social workers also organized them to visit the publicity photos of "approaching Special Olympics and supporting Special Olympics" and the talent show of mentally handicapped people in Minhang District. Many works on the scene were made by students from Qizhi School in Minhang District. These exquisite handicrafts amazed the students, and they all said that as a normal person, they should study harder to better integrate themselves into the big family of Shanghai and contribute to the construction and development of Shanghai. During the summer vacation, social workers organized young people in Shanghai and local youth to participate in the fun sports meeting organized by Jiabao neighborhood Committee. The development of the above work, on the one hand, allows students to understand the history and customs of Qibao, enrich their after-school life and expand their knowledge. On this basis, social workers suggest that schools send excellent teachers to give lessons to migrant workers' parents regularly, and impart scientific knowledge, methods and concepts of family education, so as to gradually improve the education level of migrant workers' families. Next year, we are going to carry out the activity of selecting "excellent parents of migrant workers' children" and invite the commended parents to introduce the successful experience and experience of family education at the parent-teacher conference, which can get twice the result with half the effort.
