Xinwangda 18 announced on the evening of February 18 that the board of directors agreed that Shenzhen Qianhai Hongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Qianhai Hongsheng"), a wholly-owned subsidiary, would transfer 90% equity of its holding company Shenzhen Ousheng Automation Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ousheng Automation") to Zhuo Shuhong and Zhuo Shuhong at a price of/KLOC-0.08 million yuan.
