Yibin is located in the south of Sichuan province, at the junction of Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces, zero kilometers away from the Yangtze River. The city has jurisdiction over one district and nine counties, namely Cuiping District, Yibin County, Nanxi County, Jiang 'an County, Changning County, Gaoxian County, Junlian County, Gongxian County, Xingwen County and pingshan county. Yibin, also known as "Budao", "Rongzhou" and "Xuzhou City", is located in the south-central part of Sichuan Province, China. Because Jinsha River and Minjiang River meet here, the Yangtze River is called "Yangtze River" from now on, so Yibin is also called "the first city of the Yangtze River", and the section from Yibin to Yichang of the Yangtze River is also called Chuanjiang. Yibin is a famous historical and cultural city in China, where the world-famous Wuliangye is produced. The developed brewing industry has made Yibin a veritable "wine capital of China". Yibin is one of the earliest and oldest cities in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. It is the starting point of the Southern Silk Road and is known as "the half of Gu Rong in the southwest".
