Introduction of Inner Mongolia Daily Printing Center, more details.

Inner Mongolia Daily Printing Center (formerly known as Inner Mongolia Daily Printing Factory) is the earliest provincial party newspaper printing factory established by our party in minority areas. 1946, the party organizations in Inner Mongolia set up a small printing factory in Wulanhaote to print People's Daily. 1947 People's Daily was changed to Inner Mongolia Daily, 1948 Inner Mongolia Daily was officially renamed Inner Mongolia Daily. Initially built a factory in Ulanhot, and then moved to Zhangjiakou. 1953 After the merger of Inner Mongolia Daily and Suiyuan Daily, they moved to Hohhot and set up a factory in North Street of Xincheng Art Hall.

From 1950s to 1980s, printing houses have been using movable type typesetting and lead wheel printing. By the end of 1980s, with the development of electronic typesetting technology, computer typesetting replaced the traditional handwritten characters, offset printing wheel machine replaced the lead printing wheel machine, the factory building moved from Art Hall North Street to 6 1 Xinhua Street, and small bungalows became buildings. 1987 Inner Mongolia Daily (Mongolian and Chinese editions) was offset printed on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the founding of the autonomous region. At the beginning of 1998, the color printing of Inner Mongolia Daily (Mongolian and Chinese editions) was realized for the first time. In 2003, the Party Committee of the newspaper decided to invest 72 million yuan to build a new printing center in Jinqiao Development Zone. For a long time, the printing center only undertakes the printing task of Inner Mongolia Daily, and the production scale is small. With the deepening of reform and opening-up, the newspaper's various undertakings have continued to grow and develop, and the newspaper party Committee has put forward new requirements for the development and reform of the printing center. Since 1994, the printing center has implemented internal financial secondary accounting, and the economic benefits are getting better year by year.

Before, during and after printing, the printing center imported all foreign advanced equipment, including: two laser imagesetters made in the United States, one 25S laser imagesetter made in Germany, one 800V full-open book and newspaper imagesetter made in Cleo of Israel, two fully automatic double-sided printers made in Tianma of Germany, and one four-color rotary machine made in Roland of Germany. In particular, Gaobaoba color wheel transfer machine imported from Germany in 2003 is the only imported offset printing color wheel transfer machine that can produce double-sided color newspapers in Inner Mongolia, with a printing speed of 70,000 copies per hour. The introduction of these advanced equipment has improved the scientific and technological content and automation of printing center equipment, and played an important role in improving the printing quality and publishing timeliness of newspapers.

With the development of printing center and the improvement of equipment technology, the personnel structure of printing center is constantly optimized and the quality of personnel is constantly improved. At present, there are 65 people with college education or above in the printing center, accounting for1/2 of the total number of employees; Senior engineer 1, senior accountant 1, senior statistician 1, 8 people with intermediate titles.

In terms of printing newspapers, in addition to Inner Mongolia Daily (in Mongolian and Chinese) and Northern New Newspaper, the printing center has successively printed People's Daily, Reference News, Economic Daily, Legal Daily, Global Times, China Newspaper Clipping and Chinese Newspaper, which have been printed for many times.

In order to make the management more scientific, standardized and digital, the printing center passed the ISO900 1:2000 international quality management system certification in 2006 on the basis of constantly improving the original rules and regulations. In 2007, ERP computer management system was implemented, which greatly improved the management level of printing center. From form to content, it has laid a solid foundation for promoting enterprise development, improving enterprise efficiency, improving the overall quality of employees, improving work efficiency, and strengthening the awareness of responsibility, management, quality, service, skills and cost.

In 2006, the Party Committee of the newspaper established a five-member board of directors of the Printing Center of Inner Mongolia Daily in accordance with the requirements of the Party Committee of the Central Committee and the Autonomous Region on deepening the system reform of cultural institutions, with Liu Jinghai, secretary and president of the Party Committee, as the chairman and Guo Xing as the general manager. The printing center implements complete enterprise management, market-oriented operation, independent operation, self-development and self-financing. The printing center will no longer pay the newspaper management fee and depreciation fee during the period of independently assuming the creditor's rights and debts. This is the most important turning point in the development of the printing center in the past 60 years, and it is a good opportunity to develop and grow. In order to further expand business channels, in 2004, the printing center registered100000 yuan in the industrial and commercial department and established Inner Mongolia North Printing Co., Ltd., which mainly focuses on business printing. In March this year, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Printing Center decided to separate Northern Printing, which was originally managed by the Printing Center, from the parent company, set up a subsidiary, separate personnel and operation, and reorganize assets. In recent years, the printing center has invested14.6 million yuan for printing in the north, and the employees have invested 2120,000 yuan. Time Discipline, a subsidiary of the Inner Mongolia Commission for Discipline Inspection, has invested 800,000 yuan, and Northern Printing owns more than 800,000 shares. At present, the total assets of North Printing have reached180,000 yuan.

In the past 60 years, the printing center has developed from a traditional manual workshop to a modern enterprise today. Especially since the second accounting 1994, the printing center has paid the newspaper a total of 30 million yuan in profits and 30 million yuan in depreciation expenses. In 2007, the printing center has achieved an output value of 60 million yuan. The per capita output value is 450,000 yuan. The total cost is deducted from the bank interest of 6 million, the employee salary is 4 million, and the annual net profit is 4 million. Among them, 7 million yuan was invested in northern printing and more than 2 million yuan was built in new paper warehouses. Fixed assets increased by 9 million yuan that year. At present, the fixed assets of the printing center have reached 65.438+0.8 billion yuan, which has well realized the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets. Printing center has become one of the economic pillars of Inner Mongolia Daily, and it is the largest, strongest and most profitable leading printing enterprise among newspaper printing and commercial printing enterprises in Inner Mongolia.
