1. has the nationality of the people of China;

4. Have the professional or technical conditions required for the post;

5. Physical conditions that meet the post requirements;

6. Have one of the following three conditions:

(1) party member (including the preparation of party member), and the deadline is the date of this announcement;

(2) During my study in colleges and universities, I served as the chairman, vice-chairman and minister and deputy minister of the student union (graduate student union) in colleges and universities, secretary and deputy secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee and ministers and deputy ministers of various ministries in colleges and universities, and served as the monitor, secretary of the Communist Youth League branch, secretary of the Party branch or deputy secretary of the Party branch of teachers (ranking first) for 1 academic year and above;

(3) During my study in colleges and universities, I have won national scholarships, provincial and ministerial scholarships, university-level third-class scholarships and above, excluding social donation scholarships and directional scholarships.

7. Other conditions required for the post.

Persons under any of the following circumstances may not apply for employment:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;

2. Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review;

3. Persons suspected of violating the law and committing crimes who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

4. In the open recruitment of public institutions at all levels, due to violation of the "Regulations on the Handling of Disciplinary Violations in Open Recruitment of Public Institutions", it was recorded in the integrity file of candidates in open recruitment of public institutions, and the recording period was not full;

5. Other persons who are not allowed to be employed as staff members of public institutions as stipulated by laws and policies.
