First, the recruitment conditions

In this recruitment, college graduates who didn't work in the work unit during their career choice period refer to those who didn't work in the work unit when they left school and during the career choice period stipulated by the state (20 18, 20 19), and their household registration, files and organizational relationships remained in the original graduation school, or in the graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers) and various talent exchange service institutions at all levels.

Returned overseas students who have studied in teaching and scientific research institutions outside the country and graduated from universities within the country (including those who have not implemented their work units during their employment) may apply for postgraduate positions with their work units not implemented during their employment.
