2. From 0: 00 on June 6th to 24: 00 on June 2nd/KLOC-0, all express and take-away three-wheeled and two-wheeled electric vehicles in Shinan District, Shibei District, Licang District, Laoshan District and Chengyang District of Qingdao are prohibited from passing;

3. From 6: 00 on June 8 to 24: 00 on June 812, buses with seats below Shinan District, Shibei District, Licang District, Laoshan District, Chengyang District 10 are restricted to single and even numbers.
