Songtao Miao Autonomous County’s 2014 open recruitment work plan for high school teachers

In order to optimize the personnel structure of public institutions and ensure the basic quality of new personnel in public institutions, according to the Ministry of Personnel Order No. 6 , Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2010] No. 92 and Guizhou Human Resources and Social Security Department [2011] No. 10 document requirements, after research, our county decided to openly recruit high school teachers. 1. Recruitment principles

2. Organizational structure

4. Recruitment scope, objects and conditions

(1) Recruitment scope and objects.

Graduates of full-time general colleges and universities with bachelor’s degree or above and those who have obtained bachelor’s degree in previous years.

(2) Recruitment conditions.

1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love the motherland, and have good professional ethics.

2. Applicants and previous graduates must be under 35 years old (born after March 12, 1979), and those who have obtained a master’s degree or above must be 35 years old (born after March 12, 1979) .

3. Graduates of normal and non-teaching majors who have been hired must obtain high school teacher qualification certificates in the corresponding disciplines within one year, otherwise their employment qualifications will be cancelled.

4. Have the physical condition and good health to perform the job responsibilities normally.

5. There is no limit on household registration.

All high school teachers who are hired and pass the assessment after the probation period will be provided with a house of about 50 square meters (free living, no property rights).

6. Recruitment time and location

1. March 15-17, 2014 - Guizhou University.

2. March 20-23, 2014 - Hunan Normal University.

3. March 26-29, 2014 - Chongqing Normal University.

4. April 1-4, 2014 - Guangxi Normal University.

Registered at Guangxi Normal University from April 2 to 3, 2014. Trial teaching and signed agreement at Guangxi Normal University on April 4. The positions to be recruited are the positions for which Chongqing Normal University has signed an agreement, and the remaining positions will be recruited. The actual recruitment positions at each recruitment point are the remaining positions after subtracting the positions for which employment intention agreements have been signed at each recruitment point from the total positions. 7. Recruitment procedures

(1) Application qualification review.

1. Fresh graduates should provide employment recommendation letters, ID cards, and employment agreements.

2. Previous graduates must provide their ID cards, graduation certificates, and degree certificates, while normal graduates must also provide their high school teacher qualification certificates.

3. Candidates must provide 3 recent 1-inch color photos of the front without hat and bottom when registering.

(2) Trial teaching.

1. Trial teaching content: content of high school textbooks in corresponding subjects.

2. A hundred-point system is implemented for trial teaching, and a score of 60 points or above is considered qualified.

(3) Sign the agreement.

From those who have passed the trial teaching test, the employment intention agreement will be signed in a ratio of 1:1 from high to low, and the list of personnel will be announced.

(4) Physical examination.

Candidates who have signed an employment intention agreement will report to the Personnel Section of the Education Bureau of Songtao Miao Autonomous County on July 2, 2014. The physical examination procedures, items and standards refer to the "Guizhou Provincial Civil Servant Examination Recruitment Physical Examination Work Detailed Rules" ( Trial)" is carried out. The physical examination will be conducted at a hospital designated by the county recruitment office, and the physical examination fees will be borne by the candidates themselves. Those who give up the physical examination or fail the physical examination will be disqualified from entering the next stage, and the vacant positions will not be filled.

(5) Assessment.

Those who have passed the physical examination will be listed as candidates for assessment. The assessment work is organized and implemented by the county recruitment office. It mainly assesses political ideology, moral character, ability and quality, study and work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, etc. If one of the following conditions is found during the assessment, the county recruitment leading group will determine that the person's employment qualifications will be cancelled, and the position will be vacant and will no longer be filled.

1. Failure to adhere to the party’s basic line and not consistent with the Party Central Committee on major political issues.

2. Those who have criminal records or serious violations of laws and disciplines are being investigated and investigated by law enforcement agencies, or are identified as criminal suspects by judicial agencies.

3. There is no basis for assessment (such as personal student status files).

4. Providing false certificates or materials during registration or physical examination or assessment.

5. Those who do not meet the recruitment targets and conditions.

7. Others who have been determined not to be employed by the county recruitment leading group.

(5) Employment.

Those who pass the trial teaching, physical examination and assessment will be determined as candidates for employment and will be announced by the county recruitment office on the Songtao Miao Autonomous County People's Government website. The publicity period will be 7 days. The end of the publicity will not affect their employment.
