1. Ideological and political aspects

Under the unified arrangement and guidance of the college, we must carefully study various national principles and policies, clarify the central work of our party in the new century and new era and the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, I also actively work hard to be consistent with the party in terms of ideology and understanding, and always maintain a mental state of advancing with the times. Continuously strengthen political and business studies, improve the quality of all aspects, always ask yourself to start from yourself in everything, start from small things, make full use of your spare time to learn computer and legal knowledge, and strive to further improve your business knowledge.

2. Work

Under the leadership of the hospital leaders and director, and with the joint efforts of other colleagues in the office, the work was successfully completed. In this position, I can complete various vehicle dispatch tasks on time and safely in accordance with the arrangements and requirements of the hospital leaders, and strive to do my job well. As a driver, in addition to ensuring an office car, he also actively participates in various voluntary labors. I studied business knowledge seriously and did active work to save energy and reduce consumption in daily driving and maintenance in order to reduce costs.

During this year, I can consciously abide by various traffic laws and regulations of the unit, be able to work hard and bear no complaints, and be on call when leadership and work require it, whether in the morning or evening or on holidays, regardless of remuneration. Complain. In normal times, we can strictly abide by the dispatching system, dispatch the vehicle on time, carefully maintain the vehicle to keep the vehicle performance at its best, work hard to study technology, master daily maintenance and driving performance of the vehicle, and actively participate in safety learning. Follow the instructions of the traffic police, do not drive after drinking, drive in a civilized manner and be courteous, ensuring safe driving without accidents throughout the year.

3. Existing problems and plans

Although after some hard work, my professional level has improved a lot compared with the past, but it still needs to be further improved. In future work, I will strengthen my awareness of independent management, be brave in pioneering and innovating, strengthen theoretical and business learning, and continuously improve my business technical level. In the new year, I will continue to love my job and strive to bring my work to a higher level.
