How do Henan institutions organize recruitment?

Henan institution recruitment examination, referred to as Henan institution examination, is also called Henan institution preparation examination. This work is organized and implemented by the personnel departments of various employers in Henan Province, entrusted by the personnel departments of provincial and prefecture-level cities and the personnel examination centers affiliated to the bureaus (including the proposition and organization of the registration examination, and the results after the examination are handed over to the employers), and some institutions organize and implement the proposition by themselves. At present, there is no national unified recruitment. Most of the recruitment takes the form of online registration, and a few take the form of on-site registration.
