If it is sent to Tibet, Xinjiang, 1KG 9 yuan is the first priority, and 5 yuan is the second. Return trip 100%, settlement T+3, handling fee 1%, and insufficient 1 yuan is calculated as 1 yuan.

Area 2: Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong (except Guangzhou), Anhui, Tianjin, Shandong, Guangxi, Hunan, Hubei (except Wuhan), Jiangxi, Hainan, Henan, Hebei, Fujian, Liaoning (except Shenyang), Shanxi, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Sichuan (except Chengdu), Chongqing, Shaanxi and Kunming.
