Marketers rank first in the "most lacking jobs"

The data shows that the sales staff ranks first, ranking first; The second to tenth places are: restaurant waiter, security guard, customer service administrator, real estate agent, cleaner, domestic waiter, courier, automobile production line operator and packer. Compared with the previous quarter, the top ten occupations changed slightly. During this period, couriers, automobile production line operators and packers entered the top ten, while commodity salesmen, turners and welders fell out of the top ten. Marketers have always maintained the top position in the first quarter of 2020.

The demand for manufacturing talents continues to maintain a strong momentum.

Of the 29 new occupations, 20 are directly related to manufacturing, accounting for 69.0%. Among them, the professional demand related to automobile production and chip manufacturing has increased significantly, such as "automobile production line operator" entering the top ten for the first time, and occupations such as "automobile parts remanufacturer", "battery manufacturer", "printed circuit manufacturer" and "semiconductor chip manufacturer" have entered the rankings.

In the third quarter of 2020, 85.4% of enterprises' employment needs were concentrated in manufacturing (37.3%), wholesale and retail (12.0%), residential service repair and other services (9.8%), accommodation and catering (7.5%), information transmission software and information technology services (5.3%) and construction (5.3%).
