On February 8, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security issued a notice on the re-examination of the first-level construction engineer qualification examination in 2022. According to the requirements of the 2022 First-Class Construction Engineer Qualification Examination and other five professional qualification examinations including the Supplementary Examination Work (Personnel Examination Center Letter [2023] No. 14), the 2022 First-Class Construction Engineer Qualification Examination, Licensed Pharmacist Professional Qualification Examination, Announcement on the re-examination work for five professional qualification examinations: the first-level registered fire engineer qualification examination, the economic professional and technical qualification examination (elementary, intermediate), and the first-level cost engineer professional qualification examination.

II. Scope of Supplementary Examination Personnel

(1) Candidates who have registered and paid for examinations in areas where examinations have been suspended (see Appendix 1 for the list of areas where examinations have been suspended).

(2) Candidates who were unable to take the exam due to epidemic control reasons in areas where the exam was scheduled to start.

3. Test Center Settings

(1) Make-up examinations in the suspended examination area will be set up in the original examination area.

(2) The 2022 First-Class Construction Engineer Qualification Examination, the Licensed Pharmacist Professional Qualification Examination, and the First-Class Cost Engineer Professional Qualification Examination will be held as scheduled. Applicants in the areas who were unable to take the exam due to epidemic control reasons will make up the unified exam. Set up test centers in Harbin.

(3) The 2022 Economic Professional and Technical Qualification Examination (Elementary and Intermediate) will be held as scheduled. Applicants who are unable to take the exam due to epidemic control reasons will make up the exam at a unified test center in Daqing City.

IV. Operational procedures for applicants

Applicants must complete the following operations from February 11th to February 16th.

(1) Applicants in areas where the examination has been suspended and decide not to take the make-up exam must go through the "online application platform" of the China Personnel Examination Network to conduct "online confirmation of non-participation in the make-up exam". After the confirmation is completed, the Provincial Personnel Examination Center Process refunds and extend the validity period of qualified results. If you fail to confirm within the time limit, you will be deemed to have taken the make-up exam (see Appendix 2 for the online confirmation process for not taking the make-up exam).

Applicants taking the make-up exam do not need to confirm online.

(2) Applicants who are unable to take the exam due to epidemic control reasons in the area where the exam is scheduled to be held must apply for a make-up exam to the examination institution where they registered and submit materials that prove that they are unable to take the exam due to epidemic control reasons. Registration for make-up exams will be done after review by the exam agency. Failure to register within the time limit will be deemed as giving up the make-up exam. 5. Printing of Admission Ticket

Applicants must log in to the China Personnel Examination Network at the specified time to print the admission ticket. After printing, please carefully check the relevant information on the admission ticket. If you have any questions, please contact the examination institution where you registered before the deadline for printing the admission ticket.

(1) The printing time for the 2022 first-class construction engineer qualification examination, licensed pharmacist professional qualification examination, and first-class registered fire engineer qualification examination re-examination admission ticket is from March 21 to March 23.

(2) The printing time for the make-up examination admission ticket for the 2022 Economic Professional and Technical Qualification Examination (Elementary and Intermediate) is from April 4th to April 6th.

(3) The printing time for the make-up examination admission ticket for the 2022 Level 1 Cost Engineer Vocational Qualification Examination is from April 18th to April 20th.

6. Score Inquiry

Applicants can log in to the China Personnel Examination Network to check their scores.

(1) The 2022 first-class construction engineer qualification examination, licensed pharmacist professional qualification examination, and first-class registered fire engineer qualification examination re-examination results will be released before the end of June 2023.

(2) The make-up test results for the 2022 Economic Professional and Technical Qualification Examination (Elementary and Intermediate) will be released before June 7, 2023.

(3) The make-up test results for the 2022 First-Class Cost Engineer Vocational Qualification Examination will be released in late July 2023.
