What is blended wine?

Blended wine is a kind of pure grain wine with different tastes, different production time and different degrees. It is mixed together through certain technology to achieve specific flavor, degree, taste and characteristics. The blended wine consists of alcohol, essence, saccharin, water and other components.

"Blending" is a special technical term and a technological process in wine production. It refers to a technological method of blending various wines with different types, different alcoholicity and different advantages and disadvantages into a unified factory style and consistent quality indicators.

Blending depends on the sensory sensitivity and skills of the bartender. Only experienced mixers can bring out first-class products, and the level of mixers represents the product quality style of enterprises.

Compared with traditional full-fermented wine, blended wine lacks biological metabolites in the fermentation process, so it is generally not as good as high-quality wine fermented with original pulp. However, the general fermented wine with lack of technology and backward equipment has poor taste, and its hygiene index is not as good as that of blended wine.
