I. Supply channels

Second, organize the implementation

1. The supply of emergency non-medical masks is carried out under the unified command of emergency headquarters City for epidemic prevention and control. The supply of the central city is co-ordinated by the municipal government office, and implemented by the Municipal Economic Information Bureau, the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Municipal Transportation Bureau, the Municipal Bureau of Data Resources, the Municipal Organs Administration Bureau, the Bozhou Economic Development Zone Administrative Committee and the Qiaocheng District Government. The county and district governments are responsible for the supply of masks.

2. The county and district governments and the leading departments directly under the municipal government should earnestly assume their responsibilities, make careful arrangements and elaborate organizations, ensure that they are powerful, orderly, convenient and fast, and pay special attention to avoiding the risk of epidemic spread caused by crowd gathering in the supply process. In principle, people without masks can only buy one at a time.

Third, matters needing attention

2. Remind people to avoid contact with patients when wearing.

3. Encourage people to reuse masks after washing and drying.

5. When the masks are discarded, put them into the recycling box to avoid secondary pollution.
