The grading method is 100%, and the comprehensive score = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%. The minimum qualified score of the personnel to be hired is 60 points; There is no competitive position in the interview, and the minimum qualified score of the recruiter's interview score is 70 points.

In principle, the ratio of the actual number of applicants to the number of candidates to be recruited should be above 3: 1 before the examination can begin.
