What are the reasons for employee recruitment?

Reasons for enterprises to recruit employees:

1, new jobs are needed. The new jobs have been set up, and no one can replace them. We must recruit people.

2, the normal flow of enterprise personnel, some old employees resign, must recruit new people to supplement the original position.

3. Due to business growth and other reasons, the original employees are not enough, so we should recruit employees.

4. The enterprise has set up new branches (new factories, new companies) to recruit employees.

In short, enterprises recruit employees because of the need of recruitment, and will recruit and supplement them whenever necessary.
