According to the appraisal value of CIC Securities appraised by the asset appraisal agency and approved by the Ministry of Finance, considering the industry development, the financial performance and future development of CIC Securities and the expected synergy, the consideration of this transaction is determined to be RMB 654.38+0.67 billion. CICC will pay by issuing domestic shares of CICC to Huijin. After the completion of this transaction, CIC Securities will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIC.
