Detailed rules for serving the people
According to the ten provisions and requirements of Foshan Civil Affairs Bureau for serving the people, these service rules are formulated:
(1) Body collection service. Undertaker can call, and the museum will send a car to collect the remains at the appointed time and place. According to the requirements of bereaved people, provide services of wiping body and changing clothes.

(8) Other services. The museum has disposable cremation coffins, shrouds, shoes, urns and other funeral supplies, as well as flowers for the mourners to choose freely.
(9) All funeral services provided by the museum are charged in strict accordance with the standards approved by the civil affairs and price departments of the government, and the charging standards are publicized to the masses on the wall.
(10) Funeral services are provided by telephone 24 hours a year.
(eleven) the museum staff should be clean and tidy, civilized in words and deeds, enthusiastic in service, not arguing with the masses, not extorting property from the mourners, and not accepting gifts (including red envelopes) from the mourners.
(12) If the cadres and workers of our library violate the service rules, they shall be ordered to apologize to the parties concerned, and given criticism and education, bonus withholding and administrative sanctions until they are removed.
