What is the relationship between Ningxia Highway Management Center and Highway Management Office?

Ningxia Highway Management Center is the institutional reform of Ningxia Highway Administration Bureau.

Ningxia Highway Administration Bureau was established in 2006. The Highway Administration Bureau comprehensively focuses on the three main businesses of maintenance, road administration and toll collection, which provides a strong guarantee for Ningxia's economic and social development.

Ningxia Highway Management Center was established on 20 19, which is a concrete action of comprehensive transportation reform and an important measure to promote the separation of management and operation of highway industry and strengthen the public welfare attribute.
