The salary of teachers in Chenghai is really low, which is notoriously low. I suggest the landlord think twice. As far as I know, the salary of a middle school PE teacher in Chenghai is lower than that of a primary school Chinese teacher in rural longhu district. Probably in the range of 1000 to 2000! Personally, I suggest not to be a teacher in Chenghai if you can. The salary is low, the treatment is poor, and the place doesn't respect the teacher very much.
