1. Registration conditions

2. Selection and employment

The employment work in various places is organized by the personnel departments of the party committees and governments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

The selection and appointment work adheres to the principles of openness, equality, competition, merit-based and having both ability and political integrity, and is generally carried out through procedures such as individual registration, qualification examination, organization inspection, physical examination, publicity, employment decision and training. All localities will publish employment conditions, employment methods, employment procedures and employment results in a timely manner and accept public supervision.
