Personally, I don't think passengers should take full responsibility. In the whole process, one was a giant baby passenger, the other was an angry and irrational driver, and a group of ordinary passengers failed to stop the tragedy in time. All three parties should bear certain responsibilities.

I believe that no bus driver will stop to let passengers off, because it is very dangerous to get off without a stop sign, and drivers have the responsibility and obligation to maintain the safety of passengers. Passenger Liu first insulted and attacked the driver, which led to the whole incident and should bear the main responsibility.

2. Because the bus driver was insulted in the driving process, he struck back at passenger Liu, became emotional and lost his mind, and ignored the safety of ordinary bus passengers, causing the whole car to deviate from the double yellow solid line and crash into the car driving normally opposite, which should bear secondary responsibility.

3. In the whole incident, ordinary passengers failed to stop passenger Liu's unsafe behavior in time, which contributed to the whole incident and should bear certain responsibilities.

In short, all three parties should bear the responsibility, but the degree of responsibility is different. Passenger Liu should bear the primary responsibility, the driver should bear the secondary responsibility, and ordinary passengers should bear certain responsibilities.
