Second, the way and scope of contracting

Fourth, the project cost and payment method

Payment method:

1. Within 2 days after the contract is signed, Party A shall pay Party B 30% of the total contract cost as an advance payment;

2. Party A shall pay Party B 65% of the total project cost after Party B has passed the acceptance test and has the power transmission conditions (Party B must issue a complete project construction and installation invoice when paying this amount); Party B must successfully send electricity to Party A within 2 hours after receiving the project payment.

3. The remaining 5% will be used as quality guarantee. If Party B can repair the project in time within two years from the date of power transmission, Party A will pay Party B the quality deposit without interest within two years 15 days from the date of power transmission.

Five, box transformer technical requirements

Six, installation quality standards

1. Party A and Party B agree on the construction quality standard of this project: it shall be implemented according to relevant national, local and industrial standards. Party B must carry out the construction in strict accordance with the construction drawings, description documents and electrical engineering specifications, procedures and standards promulgated by the state, and accept the supervision of Party A's representative.

2. Quality standards of materials and equipment provided by Party B: the latest national and industrial standards and relevant regulations of national and local administrative departments shall be implemented. If Party A suffers losses due to unqualified quality, Party B shall be liable for compensation.

3. For other requirements, please refer to relevant national standards, national standards of the Ministry of Machinery and enterprise standards.

4. The main raw materials, equipment, components and semi-finished products provided by Party B must provide quality certificates according to relevant regulations, or can be used in the project only after passing the inspection;

5. If Party A finds that Party B has cut corners in the construction process, Party A has the right to demand Party B to pay liquidated damages of 10% of the total project price in addition to ordering Party B to restore the standards stipulated in the drawings or contracts.

Seven. Responsibility of both parties

Party A's responsibilities:

1. Provide temporary land for storing construction machinery and equipment.

2. The construction site must meet the construction conditions, otherwise Party B will not be responsible for the delay of the construction period.

3. Pay the project payment in time.

Party B's responsibilities:

1. Within 3 days after the signing of the contract, Party A shall be provided with two high-voltage system design drawings, box-type transformer and high-voltage tap box foundation construction drawings, so that Party A can arrange civil construction;

2. After the project is completed, Party B shall provide Party A with complete building materials, original equipment materials, spare parts, special tools and as-built drawings;

3. Party B is responsible for reporting the project acceptance to the relevant departments of Linqing Power Supply Company according to the prescribed procedures.

4. Party B shall complete the project construction in strict accordance with the contract, strictly abide by the relevant rules and regulations on safety and construction of the power industry, and ensure the safety and quality of construction. If Party B fails to pass the acceptance due to technical problems in construction, Party B has the responsibility to make timely rectification according to the requirements of the electric power department. If the construction period is delayed, Party A shall be compensated for the loss by 3‰ of the total contract price for each day of delay.

5. If Party B owns 630KVA power distribution construction projects in other projects in Linqing in the future, Party B shall assist Party A to sell high-voltage metering devices and high-voltage switches equipped with 630KVA box transformers at the market price.

Eight. defects liability period

The warranty period of box transformer and high voltage tap box is 20 years, and the warranty period of others is 2 years.

X. Entry into force of the contract

Nine, closing, completion acceptance
