Requirements for Social Security Years of Cost Engineers in Nanjing

1, there are social security requirements, and the cost engineers who apply for the exam have different requirements for the working years of the parties according to different levels (primary, intermediate and advanced);

2. According to the relevant provisions of China's Social Insurance Law and Labor Contract Law, if a party realizes employment, it shall sign a labor contract with the employer and participate in social security;

3. It is recommended that the parties bring their valid ID cards, academic certificates, labor contracts and other documents and materials to the local registration point to consult the staff for clarification.

First, the application for the primary level has one of the following conditions:

1, technical secondary school or above major in engineering cost;

2, obtain other professional secondary school (or high school) or above, engaged in project cost work for 1 year.

Second, the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law" stipulates:

Article 10 To establish labor relations, a written labor contract shall be concluded.

If a labor relationship has been established and a written labor contract has not been concluded at the same time, a written labor contract shall be concluded within one month from the date of employment.

If the employer and the employee conclude a labor contract before employment, the labor relationship shall be established from the date of employment.

Article 17 A labor contract shall have the following clauses:

(a) the name, domicile and legal representative or principal responsible person of the employing unit;

(2) The name and address of the laborer and the number of the resident identity card or other valid identity documents;

(3) The term of the labor contract;

(4) Work content and work place;

(five) working hours and rest and vacation;

(6) Labor remuneration;

(7) Social insurance;

(nine) other matters that should be included in the labor contract as stipulated by laws and regulations.
